The Library Records document the history of the library of The Lawrenceville School. Included here are documents on the buildings that have housed the library, the services offered, past outreach programs and initiatives, and library personnel. Items of note included plans for the 1960 expansion of the John Dixon Library and documents related to the numerous outreach and reading encouragement programs.

This scrapbook contains numerous Lawrenceville event programs, newspaper clippings, school reports, and photographs from 1900-1902. Many of these materials focus on Lawrenceville athletics, buildings, and academics. School notes and practice materials are included, as well as logistical documents concerning room and board and academic performance.

New Jersey Scholars Program Records
The bulk of the New Jersey Scholars Program records consist of files on scholars within the program and documents used in preparation for the program by faculty and advisors. Also included are annual reports. Collection also includes photos which can be found in a box located at the end of the historic photo collection (2nd row in compact). Percival Chandler Norris World War I Collection
The bulk of the P.C. Norris World War I Collection consists of correspondence to and from Lawrenceville alumni serving in World War I. The correspondents include many notable Lawrentians of the period. The men often wrote about the experience of being away from home and in combat. Other items include photographs, newspaper clippings, and wedding announcements. The bulk of the documents date from immediately before the war to shortly after armistice.
Nicholas H. Noyes Papers
The bulk of the papers consist of correspondence between Nicholas H. Noyes and members of The Lawrenceville School administration regarding Noyes family contributions to the school. Much of the correspondence pertains to the Nicholas H. Noyes, Jr. Scholarship Fund. Also included are letters to and from Jansen Noyes regarding Noyes family contributions and the possible projects for the gifts. The correspondence covers both the Head Master Abbott and Head Master Heely administrations.
O'Brien, Edward F. L'1918, 1915 - 1919
Materials found in this scrapbook almost exclusively date from 1915-1919, with outlying printed publications and photographs from 1926, 1921, and 1959. It primarily focuses on newspaper clippings, correspondences, and personal photographs of students at the Lawrenceville School, with a focus on athletics. Additional documents include a 1918 class ode, O'Brien's class speech, a felt military badge, and a postcard sent from FO'Brien during his WWI service.
Office of the Treasurer Records
The Office of the Treasurer Records include accounting records; information on bequests given to Lawrenceville; reports on the campus buildings and grounds; and development materials. Construction of the Crescent Houses and numerous renovations during the late 1980s are heavily documented. The collection ranges in date from 1886 to 1994.

The Faculty Files Collection consists of files on Lawrenceville School faculty and staff compiled by the Stephan Archives. Collected from a variety of sources the faculty files include correspondence, published writings of faculty, newspaper clippings and other materials documenting the careers of faculty.

Charles Henry Raymond Papers
The bulk of the Charles Henry Raymond Papers consist of correspondence documenting Raymond's activities as assistant head master and head of the elocution department. Correspondents include Simon J. McPherson, Mather Abbott, members of the Green family, and numerous prominent alumni and people of the time. Also included here are numerous programs and printed ephemera for campus events.
Rice, Richard A. Scrapbook, 1894 - 1896
Leaflets of this scrapbook comprise of newspaper clippings, event programs, handwritten correspondence and issues of The Lawrence from 1894-1896. A 1920 postmark is included as well. Most of the materials are in English, but there are forms and postmarks in German and Dutch too. Additional materials include a baseball poster, telegraph, and name cards.

The Military Papers series includes records from McClellan's service is the Army during World War II and as an Air Force Reserve,correspondence with crew members and their families, and some printed materials.
Robert Serles Collection
This collection contains materials from Serles' time at Lawrenceville. His schoolwork-- completed assignments and extracurricular activity information-- make up the bulk of the collection. It also includes some correspondence. The items in the collection range in date from 1923 to 1932.
Samuel R. Slaymaker II Papers
The Samuel R. Slaymaker II Papers document the history of the creation of his book Five Miles Away: The Story of The Lawrenceville School. Documents cover both the research and writing process. Of particular interest is correspondence detailing the origins of the project and feedback from school administration and alumni that Slaymaker received prior to publication.
