This series consists of press releases written by the Communications Department for news outlets, school publications, and the school website.
The Military Papers series includes records from McClellan's service is the Army during World War II and as an Air Force Reserve,correspondence with crew members and their families, and some printed materials.
The Gruss Center for Visual Arts Collection consists of materials related mostly to the art exhbitions held in the Gruss Center for Visual Arts. The bulk of the collection consists of Gallery Cards advertising art exhbitions. Also included are a few materials related to academic art work done by students in the art center. The Fund Raising series consists of files created during school fund raising campaigns. The subjects of the campaigns were typically building projects or scholarship funds. The records include planning documentation, lists of alumni giving, mailers, reports, correspondence, and documents pertaining to the execution of the projects once funding raising goals had been met. The records in this series are closed for 20 years from their creation date.
This collection consists of materials created by the Office of the Academic Dean. It includes curriculum books; general information on such topics as department chairs and international programs; and summer session materials. The collection ranges in date from 1880 to 2017.
The Lawrenceville Female Seminary Photograph collection consists of five items: a photograph of the first Lady Principal, Jane Barlow Porter (later Condit) and two copies two lithographic views of the school.
This collections consists of three prints, and negatives that were scanned to 1,590 separate images. There is an additional digitized photograph. The negatives were scanned as JPGs at 800 ppi and are on a thumb drive. Folder titles and dates are taken from the Print File sheets holding the negatives.
