Alumni Files Collection
The Alumni Files Collection consists of files on Lawrenceville School alumni compiled by the Stephan Archives. The files include correspondence to and from students and alumni, newspaper clippings and other materials documenting the careers of alumni, published writings of alumni, school work such as essays and tests, reminiscences, and school documents such as report cards.
Athletics Collection
The Athletic Department Records include documents related to sports and athletic programs on campus. The bulk of the documents consist of rosters and programs from sporting events.
Born digital photographs, 2003-2022
This series organizes born digital Communications Department photographs.
Josiah Bunting Papers
The Josiah Bunting Papers consist of the documents relating to persoanl life of Josiah Bunting. Included are letters, notes, and correspondence, clippings, and personal writings. Documents relating to Josiah Bunting's position as Lawrenceville School's Headmaster can be found in DC115 Office of the Headmaster Collection.
Communications Department Records
The Communications Department records consist of the public relations files of communications directors, school press releases, clippings off-campus newspapers, and other documents pertaining to the Communications Department collected by the Archives.
Albert Raymond Evans Papers
While the Albert Raymond Evans Papers contain information covering the years 1882-1971, most of the documents date from the Head Master Heely years through through his death in 1972. The Evans papers include his business correspondence and notes on management; school financial records and statistics; records regarding the trustees, faculty, alumni; and various phases of the school's academic and social life.

Housemaster Handbook Collection
The bulk of the Housemaster Handbook Collection consists of an incomplete run of Housemaster Handbooks. Handbooks outline the duties of the housemaster and explain procedures for handling any issues students may have in their lives. The bulk of the handbooks date from the 1990s. Also included is a miscellaneous folder of housemaster-related material consisting of meeting minutes, letters to housemasters from headmasters, lists of house rules, and lists of past headmasters.

The Lawrenceville Literary Magazine Collection
The Lit Collection includes a large run of both bound and unbound editions of The Lawrenceville School's literary magazine. The bound collection is the more complete of the two runs through 1961. The bulk of the collection past 1961 is unbound.
Lawrenceville School Newspaper Clippings Collection
The Lawrenceville School Newspaper Clippings Collection consists of Lawrenceville School-related news from local and national newspapers. Clippings include news on prominent alumni, events on campus, building projects on campus, and student athletics. Clippings of note include early advertisements for the school that predate the 1880s reorganization and name change. Also included are several magazine articles from national publications.
The Lawrentian Collection
The Lawrentian Collection consists of a near-completed run of both bound and loose copies the official alumni magazine of The Lawrenceville School. The creation of bound volumes ended in 2000.

Publications Collection
Charles Henry Raymond Papers
The bulk of the Charles Henry Raymond Papers consist of correspondence documenting Raymond's activities as assistant head master and head of the elocution department. Correspondents include Simon J. McPherson, Mather Abbott, members of the Green family, and numerous prominent alumni and people of the time. Also included here are numerous programs and printed ephemera for campus events.
School Calendars Collection
The School Calendars Collection consists of blank student handbooks, date books, and calendars that are distributed to students for the purpose of planning their school day. The run begins in the early 20th century and runs through present day.
Series 15: Women at Lawrenceville Tea, 1995 May
The Student Clubs Photograph Collection consists largely of group photographs of Lawrenceville clubs, societies, and teams. The primary activities represented are musical (voice and instrumental) and academic (literature and history). Many photographs appeared in the Olla Pod yearbook, as well as in the school newspaper—The Lawrence—and the alumni magazine—The Lawrentian.
Robert Serles Collection
This collection contains materials from Serles' time at Lawrenceville. His schoolwork-- completed assignments and extracurricular activity information-- make up the bulk of the collection. It also includes some correspondence. The items in the collection range in date from 1923 to 1932.
Samuel R. Slaymaker II Papers
The Samuel R. Slaymaker II Papers document the history of the creation of his book Five Miles Away: The Story of The Lawrenceville School. Documents cover both the research and writing process. Of particular interest is correspondence detailing the origins of the project and feedback from school administration and alumni that Slaymaker received prior to publication.
Collection of Song Books
The bulk of the song books collection consists of The Lawrenceville School Song Book and Songs for Coffee. Most of the song books include only lyrics. Songs in the song books include school songs, fight songs, traditionals, old standards, and some original music written for school shows.

The Clubs Collection was created by the Stephen archives to house items related to student-run clubs. The collection includes documents related to student clubs including posters, membership lists, programs, and correspondence.
