The Thornton Wilder collection consists of material created by Wilder during his time at Lawrenceville and material about Wilder that was created posthumously. This scrapbook consists of handwritten, typed and telegraphed correspondence addressed to Abbott from 1926-1927. Many relate to Abbott's resignation attempt, as well as general parent communications and RSVPs. Correspondences within the Lawrenceville School Father's Association and newspaper article clippings are included as well. An outlying letter from 1923 discusses repercussions of drinking at the Lawrenceville School.
