Contains letters from Sean Flynn to his mother, Lili Damita. Sean Flynn's letters to his mother cover the period 1960 to 1969. The earliest letters are written during his year spent at Duke University in 1960. In letters from 1962 to 1966 Sean discusses his acting career, as well as his travels. From 1966 onwards, Sean discusses travelling to Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, and his views on the war and about photography and journalism.
