Scope and Contents

This collection consists of photographs of the student body members with their respective Houses on campus. Many photographs depict students outside of the house, but also some inside the house showing students in their rooms, in common areas, and dining. Photographs of students athletics are included, showing team units for baseball, basketball, football, golf, soccer, swimming, tennis, and track.

Scope and Contents From the Collection: The Buildings and Grounds Collection documents the construction, decoration, and renovation of the numerous historic buildings on campus. Included are documents pertaining to administrative and classroom buildings, recreational buildings and fields, the campus flora, and the specific houses within The Lawrenceville School house system. The Happy Years Collection consists of photographs, negatives, and slides taken during the filming making of which were used as publicity stills.

Scope and Contents

The collection consists of photographs and negatives of the school when it was known as the Lawrenceveille Classical & Commercial High School. There are photographs of the Class of 1874, Class of 1882, and Class of 1883. In addition, there are early prints from lithographs depicting Hamill House and Haskell House and a sample diploma from 1879.
