The bulk of the Gwynne Abbott Papers consist of poems written by Abbott, some of them published. Included are not only finished works, but early and annotated drafts. Also included are notes for ideas, submissions for publication, drafts of short stories and plays, and general correspondence. The documents cover the entirety of Abbott's life.
This collection consists of photographs of students performing in the Spring Dance Concert, as well as student members of bands and orchestras.
The Admissions Office Records include documents related to the admissions process such as catalogs, entrance requirements, and financial aid information. The bulk of what is included is printed material intended for promotional purposes. Documents included with this collection date the 1830s to present day but the bulk are from the 20th century.
The Alumni and Development Office Records include documents related to fund raising, alumni association contributions, special campaigns, and alumni functions.
The Alumni Association Audio Visual Collection contains VHS, DVD, and CDs of events hosted by the Alumni Association including the Aldo Leopold Awards, Masters Awards, and Class Reunions.
This collection consists of a photograph of a formal Alumni Association dinner at Delmonicos in New York City. The image dates to 1916, and was reprinted in the 1980 Olla Podrida yearbook.
The Alumni Association Records consist of war record questionnaires, programs for Alumni Weekend and awards ceremonies, class reunion booklets, and subject files pertaining to Alumni Association business. The documents begin shortly after the formation of a formal alumni association but the bulk date from the 20th century.
The Alumni Files Collection consists of files on Lawrenceville School alumni compiled by the Stephan Archives. The files include correspondence to and from students and alumni, newspaper clippings and other materials documenting the careers of alumni, published writings of alumni, school work such as essays and tests, reminiscences, and school documents such as report cards.
The Alumni Files Photograph Collection depict alumni of The Lawrenceville School individually or in groups primarily after their graduation. Several alumni are photographed at the Aldo Leopold Award Dinner receiving their awards.
The Anniversaries Collection includes documents created around school anniversary celebrations. Documents include planning correspondence, pamphlets and programs outlining festivity details, invitations, school publications, transcripts of addresses and speeches, and newspaper clippings.
The Atheletic Departments Audio Visual Collection consists of mostly MiniDVs, VHS, and DVD copies of Lawrenceville School sporting events.
The Athletic Department Records include documents related to sports and athletic programs on campus. The bulk of the documents consist of rosters and programs from sporting events.
The Athletic Department Photograph Collection documents sports and athletic programs on campus. The bulk of the photographs consist of individuals, teams, and competition from sporting events.
The bulk of the Audio/Visual Collection consists of VHS, miniDVs, and DVDs of sporting events and other events such as Periwig productions. The collection also includes vinyl recordings, audio cassettes, and compact discs of Lawrentian music, school events and meetings, oral histories, and works by alumni.
Series 1: All-Round and Senior Trophy includes lists of winners and reports detailing award point tallies through 1950. Also included are descriptions of the history of the award and parameters for scoring. Series 3 consists of programs for the annual award ceremony and lists of annual school and house academic and athletic awards. This series also includes some documentation on annual service awards for faculty and staff.
This collection consists of audio-video of Awards ceremonies for students.
The Board of Trustees Photograph Collection documents the the Board of Trustees, it's members, and The Lawrenceville School, in various settings both on and away from campus. Members are depicted at convocations, graduation, and other ceremonies, as well as conducting business affecting the governance of the school and with students.
The Catherine Boczkowski Papers consist of documents created and used by her in while teaching advanced placement and honors chemistry. Included are AP Chemistry exam review material, syllabi, lecture notes, work and review sheets, lab manuals, quizzes, tests, and student work.
The Isaac Van Arsdale Brown Papers include receipts for materials for the school and personal use and several pieces of correspondence pertaining to school business. Also included is correspondence between the Brown family and The Lawrenceville School which includes biographical information and references to Isaac V. Brown's legacy.
Collection contains Audio Visual materials related the Bruce and Mary Elizabeth McClellan. Included in the collection are home videos that have been converted to DVDs and home movies on VHS tapes as well as cassette tapes detailing Bruce McClellans World War II memories.
The photographs depict Bruce McClellan's service is the Army during World War II and as an Air Force Reserve, with crew members, in the US and abroad in England. Also included are photographs of landscapes, trains, and McClellan in Foundation House during his time as Head Master.
The Buildings and Grounds Photograph Collection consists of photographs, negatives, slides, and other formats of the residential and academic buildings and the grounds of the Lawrenceville School.
The Josiah Bunting Papers consist of the documents relating to persoanl life of Josiah Bunting. Included are letters, notes, and correspondence, clippings, and personal writings. Documents relating to Josiah Bunting's position as Lawrenceville School's Headmaster can be found in DC115 Office of the Headmaster Collection.
The Calliopean Society Records include meeting minutes, constitutions, bylaws, and other documents created during the the Society's founding and operation. Additional documents include meeting notices, membership rolls, event programs, and student writing. The bulk of the material date from the Society's founding in 1852 through its formal dissolution in 1918. Also included are documents created during revivals of the Society that occurred in the late-1970s and mid-1990s.
