This collection contains source photographs used in the Admissions Catalogue, issued annually. Some photographs were identified as appearing in issues of The Lawrentian and the Olla Podrida.

The Communications Department photographs includes professional and casual photographs of administration, faculty, staff, students and others affiliated and not affiliated with the Lawrenceville School. Additionally, there are photographs of buildings and grounds. There are single photographs, negatives, slides, and contact sheets.

This series consists of photographs that were originally used in a scrapbook on display in the Admission Office.

The Faculty Files Collection consists of files on Lawrenceville School faculty and staff compiled by the Stephan Archives. Collected from a variety of sources the faculty files include correspondence, published writings of faculty, newspaper clippings and other materials documenting the careers of faculty.

The Anniversaries Collection includes documents created around school anniversary celebrations. Documents include planning correspondence, pamphlets and programs outlining festivity details, invitations, school publications, transcripts of addresses and speeches, and newspaper clippings.

Collection contains oral histories and interviews relating to the Lawrenceville School.

The Anniversaries Photograph Collection includes photographs taken around school anniversary celebrations. It includes Head Masters, alumni, special guests, and students, among others.

This series consists of slides used for slide shows for prospective students.

The Fund Raising series consists of files created during school fund raising campaigns. The subjects of the campaigns were typically building projects or scholarship funds. The records include planning documentation, lists of alumni giving, mailers, reports, correspondence, and documents pertaining to the execution of the projects once funding raising goals had been met. The records in this series are closed for 20 years from their creation date.
